We are The Modern Event. Modern decor rentals + design based in Roseville, Ca

- Rental pick up and drop off is in Roseville, Ca. (off of 65, near Fiddyment & blue oaks; west park area)

With an eye for aesthetics and a heart for designing parties, we are here to help you create the party of your dreams. We have decor available to rent and planning + design services upon request.

POLICIES:

• $75 minimum order to start.
• We provide delivery for a fee.
• Renter is responsible for all item(s) rented during the time of their possession. If any items are returned lost, stolen, or damaged, renter will be liable for replacing item(s) or reimbursing cost of item(s).
• All items must be returned in a clean + neat manner.
• A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve our rentals.
• Cancellation after a 48 hour period will result in a forefit of retainer.
• We DO NOT SHIP items.
• We provide to Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado Counties only. Bay Area upon request with fee.

RENTAL PERIOD: Rental price is for a three day period; pick up day, day of event, drop off day.
