Refund/Cancellation Policy:

  • 100% of total order if cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • 50% of total order if cancelled before 7 days before start rental date.
  • 25% of total order if cancelled between 7-2 days before start rental date.
  • There will be NO REFUNDS given for cancellations or no-shows* 48-0hrs before rental period.

*If you do not show up to pickup your item when scheduled and do not reschedule with me, this is considered a 'no-show’.

Pickup Information:

  • We are located by the Galleria Mall in Roseville, CA. Specific address will be sent VIA email.
  • Pickup is always free.
  • Please be on time, if you are running late please notify us ASAP.
  • All items must be returned within 4 days of pickup, unless arrangements with me have been made. *If you are late in drop off with no arrangements you may be charged for another rental period for each day you are late.*


  • Available upon approval of date & time
  • Includes Delivery & Pickup in quote
  • MINIMUM Delivery cost is $40 - The price will go up if location is outside of 5 miles/heavy items/many items/two people setup.
  • Unloading will be within 10-15’ of the delivery vehicle. Additional charges for stairs.
  • Must be a clear pathway for delivery.
  • Delivered by 2-3hr time frames.
  • Requires someone to accept delivery.
  • Payment will be made BEFORE unloading of items. In person (check/cash) or online payment. (Square, Paypal, Venmo, Zelle)

Floral work

  • Requires 50% up front deposit.
  • Please include total budget when requesting floral work.
Our general setup/breakdown fee is $30 per person, per hour. Minimum 1 hour of setup.
Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. Message me again if you do not get a response for any reason.
