Pick-up Location: Centreville, VA 20121 (address will be emailed within 48 hours of scheduled pick-up)

Delivery: $10 within first 5 miles then $1 for each additional mile

Rental Period: 3 days (day of pick-up, day of event, day of return)

Expedited Orders: Orders submitted within 72 hours of the start of a rental period will be charged a rush fee. If you are submitting an expedited order, please contact us to confirm your order can be fulfilled.

Rental Returns: Items must be returned on the last day of the rental period at approximately the same time of pick-up or delivery. Items that are not returned on time will be charged the full rental rate for each day after the rental period. If you are unable to return items by the designated time and date, please inform us as soon as possible. If items are needed for another rental order, we will make arrangements for pick-up and you will be charged a transport fee (equivalent to the delivery fee) along with the late return fee.

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Orders cancelled at least 14 days before the start rental date will be refunded at 90%.
• Orders cancelled 7-13 days before the start rental date will be refunded at 50%.
• Orders cancelled within 7 days of the start rental date will not be refunded.
• Orders of $10 or less are considered "final sale" and will not be refunded.

Missing or Damaged Items: Items are expected to be returned in the same condition they were in when picked up or delivered. Once items are returned at the end of the rental period, we will notify you within 48 hours of any items that are missing and/or damaged. For both missing and damaged items, security deposits will not be refunded and a replacement fee will be charged (equivalent to the item's full value). If items are found and returned undamaged within 7 days after the scheduled return date, the replacement fee will be refunded in full.

Security Deposit: A security deposit will be collected for each order and will vary depending on the cost of rental items. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 72 hours of items being returned in a timely manner. Fees will be deducted from the security deposit for late returns and missing and/or damaged items and the remaining balance will be refunded. Any fee balances not covered by the security deposit will be collected separately. Security deposit and fee payments can be made via Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal.
