This is my personal collection of unique decor that I offer for rentals. Like many of the other vendors on this website, I am a full time working, wife, mom and grandma. I am not a commerical business. Please keep this in mind when making contact. Email is best.

•I also offer onsite set up and removal service for an additional fee. Minimum rental of $50 is required.
• I do not ship items. Pick up and delivery available in the greater span of northern California . Delivery within the greater Sacramento area of a 10 mile radius - is FREE. Delivery outside that radius, is charged at $1 a mile. Minimum rental for free delivery is $50.
Please make sure your order is complete. We do our best to ensure every order is complete, we ask when picking up your items, ensure all items are present. If you discover any missing or damaged item upon receipt, please contact us immediately so that we can replace the item immediately and make note on your account. If it is after regular business hours, please leave a message and we will contact you as soon as possible. Many factors can contribute to items being lost or damaged during an event. We cannot accept disputes after an event is over.
Returns. Items are due back approx the same time as pick up unless pre arranged.
*In the event items are received as rental returns that are not my property, the items will be collected and packaged. You will be informed as soon as possible if there are any items to pick up. I will store the items no longer than 30 days. Not hearing from you after 30 days, the items will be discarded or donated to a local charity.
Late returns. Late returns will be charged a full rental rate for every day the items are late. If you are not able to return items on designated return date, please make contact to make arrangements in advance. If items are due for another rental contract, I will make arrangements for a one way pick-up at an additional fee with the late charges.
Cancellations and refunds. Refunds are issued at 100% if cancellations are requested 8 or more days before scheduled rental. 7 days before rental 80% of rental issued as a refund. Orders cancelled within 24hours of rental and all orders under $10 will not be issued a refund.
Missing or damaged items. If you do have missing or damaged items upon return, you will be informed as soon as possible. Any items considered unrentable by listed standards, the renter will be charged full replacement value. Missing items: If the missing item(s) cannot be found or returned by you, you will be responsible for the replacement fee and deposit is not refunded. If any items are located and retuned, intact, within one week after return date, full replacement value will be refunded.
Be sure all equipment is secured and protected from weather while it is in your posession. I do charge for: soiled, broken, damaged or missing items. Including packaging materials. There will be an extra cleaning charge for any ink stain, excessive grease and or hard to remove stain on any linen or fabric.
