• We do not ship items. Only local rentals to the greater Sacramento area within 15 miles. Each additional mile is charged at $1.
Please make sure your order is complete. We ask when picking up your order you make sure your order is complete. We do our best to ensure your order is complete. If you discover any missing or damaged item upon receipt, please contact us immediately so that we can make a note on your account and make arrangements to replace the items if desired. If it is after store hours please leave message and we will contact you as soon as possible. Many factors can contribute to items being lost or damaged during an event. We cannot accept disputes after an event is over.
Returns. If you will not be returning the items yourself or present for the pick up, or will not be in contact after your event, ABC will require the name and contact information of the person who will be acting on your rental behalf.
*In the event items are received at ABC as rental returns that are not our property, the items will be collected and packaged. You will be informed as soon as possible if there are any items to pick up. We will store the items no longer than 30 days. If we have not heard from you after 30 days, the items will be discarded or donated to a local charity.
Late returns. Late returns will be charged a full days rental rate for every day the items are late. If you are not able to return items on designated return date, please make contact to ABC to make arrangements in advance so notes can be added to your account. If items are due for another rental contract, we will make arrangements for a one way pick-up fee which will be charged to credit card on file.
Missing or damaged items. If you do have missing or damaged items upon return, you will be informed as soon as possible. If the missing item(s) cannot be found or if we are unable to contact.you or the person responsible within 48hours of your specified return date, replacement fees will automatically be charged to credit card on file. If any items are located and retuned, intact, within one week after return date, full replacement value will be refunded. Any items considered unrentable by ABC standards credit card on file for renter, will be charged full replacement value.
Be sure all equipment is secured and protected from weather while it is in your posession. We do charge for: soiled, broken, damaged or missing items. Including packaging materials. There will be an extra cleaning charge for any ink stain, excessive grease and or hard to remove stain on any linen or fabric.
