Rentals:

• All items must be returned in their original containers
• You are responsible for the replacement of any broken, stolen, extremely stained, or cracked rentals.

Pickup:

• We are located near Interstate 80 and 5. Near Garden Hwy
• Please pick up on time, and notify if running late.

Returns:

• All items must be returned to the pickup location or the agreed location
• All missing, lost, broken items must be paid for the replacement

Delivery:

• Delivery is available with a fee, not exceeding 2 hours within Sacramento.
• Message for a delivery quote

Setup/Breakdown:

• We are available to come to your event and set up and take down OUR OWN decor, tabletops, archs, backdrops, and etc for a $100 fee.

Refunds:

• 100% if you cancel 14 days before your event
• 50% if you cancel 7 days before your event
• 25% if you cancel 48 hours before your event
• NO REFUND for cancellations made after 48 hours.
