- 100% of total order if canceled within 24 hours of placing your order.
- 50% of total order if canceled before 30 days before the start the rental date.
- 25% of total order if canceled between 7-2 days before start rental date.
- There will be NO REFUNDS given for cancellations or no-shows* 48-0hrs before the rental period.

- The MINIMUM order for deliveries is $100 - The price of delivery is based on national mileage cost and is calculated for a full trip. /heavy items/many items/two people setup.
- Unloading will be within 10-15’ of the delivery vehicle. Additional charges for stairs.
- Must be a clear pathway for delivery.
- Deliveries are ONLY done Thursdays/Friday afternoons for private locations. (if needed sooner please advise but they will ALWAYS be in the late afternoon) If your event is at a venue and requires a same-day drop-off and pick up there will be an additional fee of $200.00
- Requires someone to accept delivery.
- Payment will be made BEFORE unloading of items. In-person (check/cash) $50.00 fee for returned checks or online payment. ( Paypal & Venmo )
