Rental & Return
Client arranges pick-up and delivery from and to our location.
We require a 50% deposit of full rental price upon pick up of order and it will be refunded after return and inspection. (Deposit will be applied to the full replacement cost of any item lost, damaged, stolen or broken)
- Please return all dinnerware and linen clean.
- We appreciate you taking care of our items as we continue to provide quality rentals for an affordable price.
Limited Service Package
Client arranges pick-up and delivery from and to our location.
Off-site washing: We’ll do the work of washing, polish drying, laundry and restocking.
- Item Return: Bus items in crates, boxes and tubs provided (food, debris, tea bags and coffee grinds must be removed). Please use caution during transport.
We will require a 50% deposit of full rental price upon pick up of order (excluding Limited Service Package fee), and it will be refunded after return and inspection. (Deposit will be applied to the full replacement cost of any item lost, damaged, stolen or broken)
Full Service Package
We’ll do it all! Let us work with you to create a memorable occasion to cherish.
- Delivered to and from venue. (within 120 mile distance)
- Set Up: We will carefully layout the dinner plates, cups, goblets, silverware, napkins, etc… to achieve your desired look.
- During the event: Our team of professionals will care for all busing, stacking and loading needs.
- All laundry, washing, polish drying and restocking is done offsite.
- No Security Deposit required: **We assume responsibility for any damaged or stolen items.
Cancellation policy
- We must be notify 48 hours before set event date; afterward, a 10% cancellation fee may be applied.
**Venue & Client Responsibility
Cherished Occasion Rentals is not responsible for any type of injury caused during the use of our items or on venue premise.
Please use caution when handling glass or other hot items. Child supervision is needed around breakables and hot items. Venue and Client must take all precautions necessary to ensure their guest safety.
