Description
Handling & Care: Chairs must be used on flat, stable surfaces only; please avoid placing them in deep mud or loose sand. To maintain the finish, do not stand on the chairs or stack them more than 25 units high during setup or teardown.
• Cleaning Requirements: Chairs should be returned in the same condition they were received. A cleaning fee of $2.00 per chair will be applied if they are returned with significant mud, adhesive tape residue, or food stains that require professional detailing.
• Damage & Loss Policy: The renter is responsible for the full replacement cost of any chair that is broken, cracked, or permanently stained. Minor scuffs are considered normal wear, but structural damage or missing seat pads will result in a $45.00 replacement fee per unit.
• Extended Travel Fees: Our standard delivery covers a 50-mile radius from our warehouse. For locations beyond this range, a $1.50 per-mile surcharge will be applied to cover fuel and vehicle maintenance.
• Inclement Weather: While resin is water-resistant, chairs must be folded and moved to a covered area if heavy rain or wind is expected overnight. Prolonged exposure to standing water can damage the padded seat inserts.
• Security & Liability: Once delivered, the renter assumes all responsibility for the equipment. Chairs must be kept in a secure, fenced, or locked area when not in use to prevent theft or unauthorized use.
