When renting china, glassware, silverware, trays, bowls, serving pieces, etc. We ask that you wash everything prior to returning. Please return them in the crates and racks in which they are provided, additional fee will be applied for missing crates or bags.
All customers will provide a 50% NONREFUNDABLE Retainer DEPOSIT in order for ORR to reserve their order.
Customers who cancel their orders at any time after a deposit is provided WILL LOSE THEIR DEPOSIT regardless of their circumstances or reasons for cancellation.
Adjustments to orders can be made until 60 days prior to delivery or self pickup and self drop off.
