Q. Can customers pick up and return rentals themselves?
A: If a technical issue were to occur, we would like to be present during set up. For this reason, unfortunately, we do not allow customers to pick up or return any of our rental items.
Q. What is included in the rates?
A: Delivery, set up, and pick up to and from your venue is included in the rental rates. Also, the prices cover travel up to 20 miles from Roseville,CA. Additional mileage fee will apply outside this area.
Q. Do you do deliver outside of Sacramento?
A: Yes, we are able to offer our services outside of the Greater Sacramento area. Contact us for delivery quote.
Q. What is required to confirm my booking?
A: A signed contract and a 20% non-refundable deposit must be submitted in to confirm your booking. Then, the final balance is due 14 days before your event.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A: 50% cancellation fee will be assessed for all cancellations, regardless of circumstances.
Q. Do you sell marquee signs?
A: We do not sell any marquee signs or any of our rental items.
